What time is check-in and check-out?
Convenient and flexible check-in from 3 pm via our keypad. You will receive the code and your room details before your arrival. Check-out time is before 10:00 am. Please contact us if you require other times.
What amenities are included in the room?
All our rooms come with complimentary Wi-Fi, TV, heating, linens and towels.
Is breakfast included?
You are welcome to book our delicious breakfast on request. We serve fresh eggs from local farmers, fresh bread rolls from the local family-run Weigel bakery, homemade fruit spreads, yoghurt, muesli, fresh fruit and fresh sausages from the butcher’s. We are happy to cater to our guests’ preferences and can also provide a gluten-free breakfast on request. Please check our Activities & Services section for further details.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please note that cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise a fee of 90% of the booked stay will be charged. For group bookings or longer stays, we reserve the right to request a 30% deposit.
Is parking available on-site?
We provide parking spaces exclusively for our guests, so you can enjoy your stay without any parking hassles.
Do you allow dogs?
Yes, we allow dogs in designated rooms at our guesthouse. A one-off fee of €20 is charged to cover additional cleaning costs. For longer stays of 2 nights or more, the fee is €30. Please check our Activities & Services page and contact us for further information.
